Here at Ye Olde Seattle Star, we are all big fans of the slightly bent music of Seattle’s own Prom Queen.
Just in time for our Thing of the Week, the band have released this appropriately peculiar hybrid of Twin Peaks and Stranger Things, entitled Stranger Peaks. Imagine, if you will, Angelo Badlamenti lyrical theme processed through the dark synth tones of Austin’s S U R V I V E and there you have it. They just released it through their Bandcamp page under a CC-BY-ND license, thus improving the world one tune at a time.
