Treatment

I’m buried with the rest
I walked on this Earth
And did my time
Whatever love I felt
Started to melt
When you touched me
I began to see
I watched the ground open up
Swallow me up
You and I knew that we would get this far
But you wouldn’t have gotten pregnant when you met him at the bar
Say one more time that you’re sorry
I told you baby girl don’t worry
Just take care if yourself
Nobody can take that away from yourself
And now you and me
Walking to the car and now we see
Your child in the back, car seat
Treatment of yourself, nobody else can beat.
